We store nothing from your assessment
Your assessment answers are transmitted only to compute your score and are returned to you immediately. They are not stored in a database, written to logs, or shared with any third party.
What we process
Assessment answers: processed in memory by our scoring service to return your result, then discarded. They are never sent to any analytics tool. Contact form: if you choose to contact us, the name, work email, organisation, and message you provide are sent to our customer relationship system (HubSpot) and used solely to respond to your enquiry.
Cookies and analytics
No analytics or non-essential cookies load until you accept them in the consent banner. Under the DPDP Act, analytics and marketing are not "legitimate uses," so they run only with your opt-in consent. If, and only if, you accept, we load Google Analytics 4 and the HubSpot tracking script to understand and improve traffic. If you decline, neither loads and no analytics cookies are set; you lose no functionality. You can change your mind by clearing this site's data in your browser.
Processors and cross-border transfer
Where you consent to analytics, or where you submit the contact form, the data is processed by service providers (Google and HubSpot) that may store it on servers outside India. We rely on your consent and on these providers' contractual safeguards for that transfer.
Your rights
As a Data Principal you may request access to, correction of, or erasure of any personal data you have given us, and raise a grievance. Contact us and we will respond.
